My teaching is rooted in presence.
With a foundation in mindfulness training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and a meditation lineage guided by Carlos Pomeda, my approach blends traditional wisdom with modern embodiment.
I guide practices that invite you to slow down, feel, and meet each moment with curiosity and care.
My teaching approach is to support nervous system awareness, functional movement, and inner stillness — offering space for both structure and intuition.
Whether we're working with movement or breath, the invitation is to listen, to soften, and to meet yourself exactly where you are.
